Our journey began in 1951 when our grandfather, Afeef Awad, embarked on a culinary adventure in Yafa, a city nestled on the Mediterranean coast. It was there that he first learned the art of making Hummus, igniting a passion that would transcend generations.
Upon moving to Amman, Jordan, Afeef opened his own restaurant, sharing his handcrafted hummus with the world. Over time, he perfected his recipe, crafting what would become known as World Class Hummus. Today, that very same passion and dedication inspire us as we carry forward his legacy, serving the best hummus you’ll ever taste.
