How our corporate catering works

We keep it simple because lunch breaks are not that long and nobody wants to deal with complicated logistics.

You have three options for every order — pickup, delivery, or delivery and full setup. For larger events we come to your office or event space, set everything up, and make sure it is ready to go when your team walks in. For smaller orders we deliver everything packaged and ready so all you have to do is put it out.

We bring everything you need. Serving spoons, plates, utensils, drinks — it is all included. You do not need to think about anything except telling us what you want and how many people you are feeding.

Our two most popular corporate options

The first is our family style platters. We set up a spread — hummus, falafel, shawarma, gyro, salads, pita, sauces — and your employees come up and fill their plates with whatever they want and however much they want. It is relaxed, social, and people love having options. It also looks impressive when clients or guests are involved.

The second is our assembled bowls. We build each bowl individually — rice or salad base, your choice of protein, hummus, sauce, pita on the side. Chicken shawarma, steak, gyro, falafel — the client chooses the proteins and we make as many bowls as you need. Employees walk in, grab a bowl, and they are done. Clean, easy, no mess, no line backup. For busy offices this is the most efficient option we offer.

How far in advance do you need to order?

For most orders 24 hours notice is all we need. If you are feeding a larger crowd — think a few hundred people or more — we ask for 48 to 72 hours so we can make sure everything is prepared fresh and ready on time. There is no minimum order size. Whether you need lunch for 10 people or a full setup for 5,000 we can make it happen.

One thing we always tell first time clients

Do not underestimate how much people eat when the food is actually good. We say this from years of experience. When lunch is mediocre people take a little, eat half of it, and go back to their desks. When lunch is something people are genuinely excited about they go back for seconds. Plan accordingly — and when in doubt, add a little extra. Leftovers of good Mediterranean food are never a problem.
