Mediterranean cooking has always been built around vegetables, grains, and legumes. Meat is important, but it's not the center of everything. The sides are the star — and at Yafa Hummus, we treat them that way.

Every single side dish on our menu is vegetarian. The hummus, the falafel, the lentil soup, the salads, the grape leaves — all of it. And none of it is boring. These are recipes passed down through generations, made with spices from Jordan and Turkey, real olive oil, and produce that gets chopped fresh in our kitchen every day.

Our lentil soup is made from whole red lentils, olive oil, garlic, onions, and spices. It's warm, it's filling, and it's one of those dishes that reminds you food doesn't need to be complicated to be incredible.

Add our hummus — grandpa's recipe from 1951 — and some fresh pita, and you've got a vegetarian meal that doesn't leave you wanting anything else.

Real Ingredients, Every Time

We eat what we cook

We don't use powders or pre-made mixes. Our falafel is shaped by hand every morning. Our sauces — tahini, tzatziki, garlic, house fries sauce — are all made in-house from scratch. We use the highest quality produce we can find and we prep everything ourselves.

When you eat vegetarian here, you're eating the same food we eat. We love clean, healthy food, and that's exactly what we serve. You finish your meal and you feel good — not sluggish, not heavy. Just good.

That's not a marketing line. That's just how it is when you cook with real ingredients and don't cut corners.
