Our produce is the highest quality we can find, and it's all chopped in-house. Not pre-cut from a supplier. Not sitting in a bag with preservatives. Our team comes in, takes whole vegetables, and preps them by hand. That's how it's done.

Our spices come from overseas — from Jordan, from Turkey, from the Mediterranean region. You can't fake those flavors. The cumin, the za'atar, the blends our family has used for decades — they're the foundation of everything we cook.

We use real olive oil. Not blended vegetable oil, not canola dressed up as olive oil. The real thing. Because when you cook with quality ingredients, the food speaks for itself.
